Our firm has undertaken the comprehensive design responsibilities, encompassing architecture, landscaping, and interior design.
The habitant possesses a profound appreciation for tea and wine culture, underpinned by an extensive collection. Our design approach was carefully calibrated to accommodate this passion. The interior layout includes dedicated spaces that serve as a gallery and showroom for the habitant's collection, in addition to preserving an expansive footprint for living and entertaining.
The subterranean level, spanning two floors below ground, extends over 1,000 square meters, further enhanced by synergistic garden and pool areas. This lower space functions as an elegant venue for hosting gatherings, banquets, and entertainment affairs, meticulously designed to accommodate the constant influx of esteemed guests.
Above ground, the first and second floors are elegantly appointed for residential purposes. The eastern wing serves as the owner's private domain, thoughtfully arranged into four distinct rooms. Conversely, the western wing has been designed for guest accommodations, featuring four independent suites. The design ethos seamlessly blends shared communal spaces with discreet private zones, ensuring a high-caliber living experience and an inviting ambiance for social engagements.
