The interiors of the HYT penthouse resonate with the inhabitant's aspiration for a living environment that transcends the material realm and nurtures their spiritual well-being. Yearning for boundless vitality and imagination, yet cherishing the serenity of family life, the client's vision was to create a space that embodies purity, freedom, transparency, and an abundance of light. Situated atop the bustling city center, the HYT penthouse is a pinnacle of urban luxury. The design seeks to infuse the silence and tranquility, emphasizing a return to the spiritual aspects of living and the enduring essence of human habitation.
Drawing inspiration from the concept of "sea and sand," the design is poetic and emotionally charged, with a muted color palette signifying the rationality, openness, and expansiveness.
As light filters delicately through the glass cabinets and cascades onto the green algal marble bar. It feels as though one is floating on the surface of the sea. The soaring living room seamlessly connects with the river views beyond, creating an unmeasurable sense of grandeur that permeates through the windows.

The artistic construct exemplifies that art does not exist in isolation from life; rather, it thrives within the vibrant and concrete realm of existence. The use of whitespace throughout the space evokes a sense of relaxation, with clean and sleek lines. The combination of leather and wood surfaces adds a sense of subdued warmth, ensuring the space retains the memories and emotions of its inhabitants.
